Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every reading is written for one person and one question, which is why our policy is simple: if we have not started, you can walk away; if we never deliver, you pay nothing; and if what you receive does not sit right with you, we will work to make it right.

1. Cancelling before delivery

You can cancel for a full refund any time before we begin preparing your reading. Because many readings are started within minutes of payment (Same Hour orders especially), email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. If preparation has not begun, we cancel and refund in full, no questions asked.

2. If we do not deliver

If your reading does not arrive within the timeframe you selected at checkout and we cannot put it in your hands promptly after you contact us, you get a full refund.

3. After delivery

A delivered reading is a personalized digital product created specifically for you, so it cannot be "returned" and is not automatically refundable. That said, your experience matters more than the sale. If the reading did not resonate or something feels wrong, write to us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right, in this order:

  • Clarification: free follow-up on the points that felt unclear.
  • A fresh look: where appropriate, a re-reading of your question.
  • Credit or refund: if you are still not satisfied, store credit or a refund at our discretion, evaluated case by case and in good faith.

4. Follow-up questions and packs

Purchased follow-up questions are consumable digital add-ons: unused questions in a pack are refundable within 14 days of purchase; questions already answered are not.

5. Gift cards and store credit

Gift cards are valid for 24 months and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Promotional store credit has no cash value and is not refundable.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

7. A note on chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We resolve almost everything faster and more generously in a direct conversation than a dispute process ever will.
