1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

Selenatarot.com is operated by Selena Tarot (2M ADV S.r.l.), VAT number 10773560965 ("Selena Tarot", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your purchase of any product we offer. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or purchase a reading. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. What our readings are, and what they are not

We sell personalized, interpretive tarot readings, prepared individually for the question you submit and delivered digitally. Readings are offered for guidance, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes only.

A reading is not professional advice of any kind. It is not, and must never be treated as, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or career advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. We do not predict or guarantee any outcome or event. Every decision you make after a reading remains entirely your own, and you accept full responsibility for it.

4. Products and delivery

Readings. Each reading is prepared for your specific question and delivered electronically: by email as a PDF, and on your private reading page (and via Telegram, if you opt in). Delivery happens within the timeframe shown for the option you select at checkout, counted from when your payment is confirmed.

Follow-up questions. Readings include a number of follow-up questions, answered on your private reading page. You can purchase additional questions there at the prices shown. Follow-up questions belong to the reading they were bought for and cannot be transferred.

Gift cards. Gift cards are redeemable on this site for the products we sell. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash except where the law requires it.

Guides and ebooks. Digital guides are delivered by email and download link after purchase.

Store credit. Promotional credit (for example, referral credit) can be applied at checkout, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

5. Selena+ membership

What it includes. Selena+ is a subscription. While your membership is active, every week includes a personal reading for the week ahead, delivered on Monday by 2 PM; 2 questions on that reading, which lapse at the end of the week (Sunday at midnight); and 30 minutes in the room (section 6), added every Monday. Unused member minutes carry over up to a total of 60 minutes and can be used only while your membership is active.

Plans and prices. Selena+ is offered with weekly, monthly and three-month billing. The current plans and prices are shown on the Selena+ page and at checkout, in USD, before you join.

Introductory period. Some plans start with an introductory period at a reduced price, shown when you join, once per customer. Unless you cancel before it ends, your membership then continues automatically at the full price of your plan. We email you a reminder before the first full charge.

Automatic renewal. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period (a week, a month or three months, depending on your plan), and the price of your plan is charged to the payment method you joined with, until you cancel. By joining, you authorize these recurring charges.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, in one tap, from your Selena+ account page or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for (or at the end of the introductory period): nothing more is charged, and your benefits continue until then.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, it may be retried. Membership benefits can pause until payment succeeds, and we may end the membership if it does not.

Founding members. Members who joined at the founding member price keep that price for as long as their membership stays active without interruption. If a founding membership ends, joining again is at the price current at that time.

Price changes. Except for the founding member price, we may change the price of Selena+ at any time, including for existing members. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before the first renewal at the new price; if you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before that renewal.

6. The room (live chat)

What it is. The room is a paid, text-based chat for tarot guidance. It is open at set hours: Monday: 8 AM to noon and 5 PM to 10 PM; Tuesday to Thursday: 8 AM to noon, 1 PM to 5 PM and 6 PM to 10 PM; Friday and Saturday: 8 AM to noon, 1 PM to 5 PM and 6 PM to 2 AM; Sunday: 8 AM to noon and 3 PM to 9 PM. It seats 20 people at a time; when it is full, members and anyone who reserved a chair for that day are still seated, and others wait for a chair to free up.

Guidance only. Like our readings, conversations in the room are offered for guidance, self-reflection and entertainment only (section 3), and replies may draw on your previous readings and conversations with us.

How time is counted. Your time starts when you take your chair and runs while we talk, including the time a reply takes to be written, until 60 seconds after my last message to you. If you stay silent for 60 seconds, the clock stops and I give your chair to someone waiting; you can sit down again whenever you like, and your conversation is still there. Your remaining time is always shown on screen. Time is used first from free minutes, then from member minutes, then from minutes you bought.

Free minutes. Each reader in the room offers 2 free minutes, once per customer.

Minute packs. You can buy packs of minutes in the room, at the prices shown there before you pay. The five-minute pack has a welcome price on your first purchase, and is not offered to members. You can buy at most 5 packs a week. Minutes you buy never expire: they stay in your account until you use them. If you have paid us by card before, you can buy minutes in one tap with that saved card, and the charge is made immediately.

Reserving a chair. For a small fee, shown before you pay, you can hold a chair for a chosen day. That fee is credited against a minute pack you buy on that day.

Questions when the room is closed. For a small fee, shown before you pay, you can leave a written question while the room is closed. It is answered in writing the next morning, around 8 AM your time.

Not a crisis or professional service. The room is not therapy, counseling, or medical, legal or financial advice, and it is not an emergency service. If a message suggests you may be in danger, the room stops counting your time and shows you crisis resources. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (911 in the U.S.) or, in the U.S., call or text 988.

What not to share. Never type card numbers, passwords or other payment details in the room. Card numbers are removed automatically before a message is stored.

Conduct. Abusive or unlawful messages, attempts to manipulate or misuse the room, and automated access are not allowed. We may end a sitting or suspend access to the room if they occur.

7. Ordering and payment

Prices are shown in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe or PayPal; we never see or store your full card details. You agree to provide accurate contact information so we can deliver your order. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse; if we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

8. Your information and your private link

The quality of a reading depends on the question and context you share, so please keep them accurate. Your reading lives on a private page reachable through a personal link we email to you. Anyone with that link can view the reading, so treat the link like a password and do not share it.

9. Personal use and intellectual property

Your reading is created for you and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute readings or any other content from this site. Everything on the site (text, design, images, and branding) belongs to us or our licensors. Sharing your experience on social media is welcome.

10. Reviews

If you leave a review, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it on this site and in our marketing, together with your first name. Ask us at any time to remove your review and we will.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful, abusive, or harassing content in questions or reviews, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, and no automated scraping of content. We may suspend access for abuse.

12. Refunds

Our Refund Policy explains cancellations and refunds, including for Selena+ and minutes in the room. In short: you can cancel before we begin preparing your reading, we refund in full anything we fail to deliver, and if a delivered reading does not sit right with you, contact us and we will work to make it right.

13. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that a reading will be accurate, complete, or produce any particular result.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions you make based on a reading. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date and version at the top tell you when they last changed. Changes apply from publication and do not affect orders already placed.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If something goes wrong, talk to us first: write to [email protected] and we will try in good faith to resolve the issue within 30 days before either of us starts formal proceedings. Nothing in these Terms takes away consumer rights that the law of your place of residence grants you and that cannot be waived by contract.
