1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
Selenatarot.com is operated by Selena Tarot (Seobat S.r.l.) ("Selena Tarot", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your purchase of any product we offer. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or purchase a reading. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.
3. What our readings are, and what they are not
We sell personalized, interpretive tarot readings, prepared individually for the question you submit and delivered digitally. Readings are offered for guidance, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes only.
A reading is not professional advice of any kind. It is not, and must never be treated as, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or career advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. We do not predict or guarantee any outcome or event. Every decision you make after a reading remains entirely your own, and you accept full responsibility for it.

4. Products and delivery
Readings. Each reading is prepared for your specific question and delivered electronically: by email as a PDF, and on your private reading page (and via Telegram, if you opt in). Delivery happens within the timeframe shown for the option you select at checkout, counted from when your payment is confirmed.
Follow-up questions. Readings include a number of follow-up questions, answered on your private reading page. You can purchase additional questions there at the prices shown. Follow-up questions belong to the reading they were bought for and cannot be transferred.
Gift cards. Gift cards are redeemable on this site for the products we sell. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash except where the law requires it.
Guides and ebooks. Digital guides are delivered by email and download link after purchase.
Store credit. Promotional credit (for example, referral credit) can be applied at checkout, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
5. Ordering and payment
Prices are shown in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. You agree to provide accurate contact information so we can deliver your order. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse; if we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.
6. Your information and your private link
The quality of a reading depends on the question and context you share, so please keep them accurate. Your reading lives on a private page reachable through a personal link we email to you. Anyone with that link can view the reading, so treat the link like a password and do not share it.
7. Personal use and intellectual property
Your reading is created for you and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute readings or any other content from this site. Everything on the site (text, design, images, and branding) belongs to us or our licensors. Sharing your experience on social media is welcome.
8. Reviews
If you leave a review, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it on this site and in our marketing, together with your first name. Ask us at any time to remove your review and we will.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful, abusive, or harassing content in questions or reviews, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, and no automated scraping of content. We may suspend access for abuse.
10. Refunds
Our Refund Policy explains cancellations and refunds. In short: you can cancel before we begin preparing your reading, we refund in full anything we fail to deliver, and if a delivered reading does not sit right with you, contact us and we will work to make it right.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that a reading will be accurate, complete, or produce any particular result.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions you make based on a reading. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date and version at the top tell you when they last changed. Changes apply from publication and do not affect orders already placed.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If something goes wrong, talk to us first: write to [email protected] and we will try in good faith to resolve the issue within 30 days before either of us starts formal proceedings. Nothing in these Terms takes away consumer rights that the law of your place of residence grants you and that cannot be waived by contract.
