The Candle Ritual, Kept Deliberately Small

When you are done writing, distill everything into one sentence. One intention, in your own handwriting, in your own words. Not "I attract my highest aligned partner," unless you genuinely talk like that. Something truer: "I stop auditioning." Light a small candle, read the sentence out loud to the dark sky, and let the flame burn while you sit with it for a few minutes. Then blow it out and go to bed.
